How to Create an Admin Account in FixAhead

Welcome to FixAhead — your comprehensive solution for asset and maintenance management. Creating your admin account is simple and only takes a minute. Follow the steps below to set up your account and complete the onboarding process.


Signup URL: https://app.fixahead.com/signup

Step 1: Create a New Account
  1. Visit https://app.fixahead.com/signup

  2. On the “Create New Account” screen:

    • Enter your email address.

    • Click “Sign up with email”, or choose Google Sign-In for convenience.

Note: It is recommended to use your work email to streamline future setup steps.

Step 2: Verify Your Email
  1. A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email.

  2. Enter the OTP code in the provided fields on the “Verify Your Email” screen.

  3. Click “Confirm” to proceed.

If you did not receive the OTP, you can click “Send code again” to regenerate it.

Step 3: Enter Organization Details

After email verification, you will be prompted to provide details about your organization:


  1. Organization Name – Enter the name of your company or department.

  2. Select Industry – Choose your industry from the dropdown menu.

  3. Team Size – Select the approximate number of users in your organization.

Click Next to continue.

Step 4: Complete Onboarding (5 Steps)

You will be guided through a five-step onboarding checklist to help you configure your FixAhead environment.


1. Create Organization

This step is already completed once you submit the organization form.


2. Add Users

Invite your team members who will manage or track assets:


  • Click “+ Add Users” to send invitations.

  • You may also choose to Skip this step and add users later.


3. Add Assets

Enter your organization’s assets to begin tracking them. You can import existing records or add them manually.


4. Report an Issue

Test the issue tracking workflow by creating a sample issue.


5. Create Work Orders

Set up your first work order to initiate the maintenance tracking process.

Note: You can skip any step and return to complete it later by clicking “I’ll do it later” at the top right corner of the onboarding interface.

Account Overview
  • Role: You will be assigned as the account Owner (Admin).

  • Plan: By default, your account starts with the Pay-per-Asset plan. You can upgrade at any time by clicking “Upgrade Now” in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
